几内亚国家水务公司董事会成员更迭

2月14日，几内亚国家电视台RTG在当地时间晚间20:30《新闻联播》栏目中宣读了总统令。

根据总统令，孔戴总统任命了新一届几内亚国家水务公司（la société des Eaux de Guinée ，SEG) 董事会成员。

几内亚国家水务公司新一届董事会成员名单如下：

1. 董事长：凯塔博士（Dr. Naman Keita），几内亚前卫生部长。

PROFILE OF THE SEG

Presentation

The SEG is a limited company with public participation, governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Guinea.

It was created in December 2001 following the institutional reforms made in the urban area of drinking water.

SEG is headquartered in Almamya, common Kaloum, and Conakry.

It is administered by

A board of nine members, including the ministries of energy, finance, housing, planning, banks and representatives of the employers and the workers of the SEG

A directorate under the authority of a senior coordinator and two deputy coordinators

Legal and regulatory framework

The current legislative and regulatory framework of the water sector is defined by the following:

Law L / 92/043 08 February 1992 on the code of economic activities

Ordinance No. 91/025 / PRG / SGG of 11 March 1991 on the institutional framework of public enterprises

Decree No. D92 / 133 / PRG / SGG of 26 May 1992 on the application of Ordinance No. 91/025 / PRG / SGG of 11 March 1991, particularly in tax matters

Law L / 94/005 / CTRN of 14 February 1994 concerning the Water Code

Law L / 2001/18 of 23 October 2001, on the adoption and promulgation of the law on reform and disengagement of the state and public enterprises. Since October 2005 we note the creation of the Regulatory Agency for Water under the Ministry in charge of Water

Decree D / 2001/096 / PRG / SGG on the reorganization of the urban water sector dated 18/12/2001

Le conseil d’Administration (CA) de la société des Eaux de Guinée (SEG) a été mis en place jeudi par le chef de l’Etat. Deux anciens ministres font leur retour aux affaires. 

Dr. Naman Keita, ex-ministre de la Santé, président du CA 

Mohamed Traoré, ancien ministre des Travaux publics arrive comme membre du CA.

Joachim Lamah en service au Ministère de l’Economie et des Finances, 

Mandjou Condé en service en service au Ministère de l’Energie et de l’Hydraulique, 

Dr. Mohamed Lamine Yansané en service au Ministère de la Santé et de l’Hygiène Publique, 

Famoudou Kourouma en service du Ministère du Plan et de Développement Economique, 

Ibrahima Barry en service au Ministère des Travaux Publics, 

Ousmane Keita, représentant des usagers 

Fatou Chérif représentante du personnel 

composent le CA de la SEG.
